the importance of wrapping up and quality set of gloves

Bibi: after making the decision to head to thailand & book myself into a muay thai kickboxing camp for a week, it was suggested i start a blog as there was so much interest surrounding the type of training i was doing to prepare for this type of event. the muay thai kickboxing camp consists of 6.5hours training per day: 1/2 hour compulsory skipping, 3hrs training in the morning, 3hrs in the evening. the blog has been a great way to keep me motivated & gives me a chance to keep a honest diary of my training & how i feel. why? it is personal challenge but not only to educate myself but have the opportunity to share the knowledge with my clients & friends which i am passionate about. another string to my bow.... wish me luck!!!
