T -36 skip-a-thon
waking up to a beautiful morning i wanted to make sure i wanted to get my training done early so i had the day free to spend with my family.
T - 36
1/2 hour skipping - interval sets practicing my double unders and working sprint sets
flexibity with high kicks
quality stretching - hamstrings
